The High Court of Justice of the Basque Country is the name afforded to the court that occupies the most senior position within the judicial hierarchy and the Judicial Administration of the Autonomous Region of the Basque Country, subject to the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. It is based in Bilbao. The President of the High Court of Justice and also of its Chamber of Civil and Criminal Matters is, His Honour, Ignacio José Subijana Zunzunegui.

The same name is used to refer to the judicial boundaries that delimit the territory over which the three chambers of the High Court of Justice hold jurisdiction: the Chamber of Civil and Criminal Matters, the Chamber for Administrative Matters and the Chamber for Labour Matters.

The term, High Court of Justice of the Basque Country, is also used to describe the series of courts taken in by judicial organisation within the judicial boundaries of the Autonomous Region of the Basque Country.

The Autonomous Region of the Basque Country boasts a population of 2,164,311 inhabitants (2015) and covers a surface area of 7234 km². The territory of the Basque Country takes in three Provinces (Araba/Álava, Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia) and 251 municipalities.
