The Judicial School must ensure an adequate level of professional training for those entering the judiciary through its initial training programmes, which include a physical attendance stage at the headquarters in Barcelona, where multidisciplinary training is given; a supervised work experience stage in various courts in all areas of law; and a final phase in which judges on work experience act as substitute and support judges.
