The Director of the Technical Office and the Officials will be declared to be have the administrative status of “special service” in the Career or Body of origin. For the purposes of calculating seniority within the Judiciary, Judges and Magistrate-Judges who occupy posts as Technical Office Officials will have the services they provide in the corresponding jurisdictional area in the corresponding Technical Office department taken into account. This provision will also apply for the purposes of calculating seniority within the Body of Judicial Administration Clerks for those occupying the post of Technical Office Official.
