Citizens Advice Unit
The Citizen Services Unit (UAC) of the General Council of the Judiciary forms part of the Service of the Advocate for Disciplinary Action.
The responsibilities of the UAC are:
- coordinating the operation of the complaints, citizen support and information services indicated in the Regulation,
- centralising and ordering suggestions and complaints received by each of these services, using computer-based statistical processing, and drawing up an annual report,
- processing those received by the General Council of the Judiciary itself, and
- drawing up proposals for information documents, forms and protocols for services and complaints processing, to be approved by Plenary Session of the General Council.
