The system of incompatibilities applicable to members of the legal profession is provided for in Article 389 of the Organic Law of Judiciary.

Activities that can be undertaken without the need to request compatibility are regulated in Articles 338 to 344 of Regulation 2/2011 and in Article 19 of Law 53/1984 on Incompatibilities of Personnel in the Service of Public Administrations.

As part of the CGPJ's transparency policy within Justice, information is provided in this section on the compatible activities granted to Judges and Magistrates.

Only the members of the Judiciary who have applied for and been granted permission to perform an activity compatible with judicial practice are shown.
