The Chamber of Jurisdiction Disputes shall hear (Art. 39 LOPJ):

 

1. Of Jurisdiction disputes between Courts or Tribunals on any jurisdictional matter of ordinary and military jurisdiction.

2. The Chairman shall always have the casting vote in the event of a tie.
