Via the electronic office of the GCJ, all actions, procedures and services that require citizen authentication mechanisms can be carried out.

For more information in this regard, you can consult the regulation on the creation of the electronic office of the GCJ, and more specifically, article 6
To access the electronic office of the GCJ it is not necessary for citizens to identify themselves. However, in order to carry out any electronic procedures, it is necessary for citizens to identify themselves before hand, as well as to provide an electronic signature.
An electronic signature can be given via any system for which you have to previously register as a user, which guarantees your identity. In particular, the following systems are accepted:
a) Systems based on recognised or authorised electronic certificates with electronic signatures issued by suppliers included on the “List of trusted certification service providers”. To this effect, the aforementioned recognised or authorised electronic certificates include those for legal persons and entities without legal personality.
b) Systems based on recognised or authorised electronic certificates with electronic stamp issued by suppliers included on the “List of trusted certification service providers”.
As a result, in order to carry out any of the digital procedures available in the electronic office of the GCJ, you need to have an electronic certificate issues by any of the bodies given in the link.
If you are a citizen, the electronic office of the GCJ means that through the electronic registry, using the corresponding electronic certificate, you can digitally submit administrative appeals, complaints, suggestions, claims and formal complaints as well as various procedures relating to each of them.
At the following link you can obtain more detailed information about each of the procedures mentioned above.
If you are a Judge or a Magistrate Judge, the Electronic Office of the GCJ contains a link to the Extranet (“Access to the Extranet”) through which you can carry out the procedures that are available.
The GCJ allows various procedures to be carried out without the need for an electronic certificate, such as for example requests for access to public information.
For this, the electronic office of the GCJ contains a section (include link) indicating the list of procedures for which an electronic certificate is not necessary.
The electronic office contains a link to the VALIDe Platform through which it is possible to check the validity of the certificates recognised by the GCJ to use its digital services.
If you wish to make a suggestion or complaint, you can do so in person at the General Registry of the GCJ, by post, and also digitally via the electronic registry situated in the same office (Other procedures).
Through the electronic office of the GCJ you can also access the electronic office of this body and submit administrative appeals, complaints, claims or formal complaints against judicial bodies and members of the judiciary, as well as any other procedure that you consider necessary.
This service indicates the official date and time, synchronised with the Royal Observatory of the Spanish Navy.
In other words, this is used as the official date and time of the electronic office of the GCJ for the purposes of the legal validity of any electronic procedure carried out.

This is a code linked to the signatory body and, if applicable, person, which makes it possible to verify the integrity of a document by accessing the corresponding electronic office.
- The integrity of electronic documents authenticated via CSV can be verified via free direct access to the electronic office of the GCJ, with the limit, if applicable, of any storage time limits applicable to those documents, as well as any judicial decisions.
- If you try to check a document issued with a CSV that is no longer held in the office due to a judicial decision, or due to the application of current regulations on storage, a message will appear informing you of that circumstance. In the event that the document you wish to check has been replaced by another, with a new CSV, the response to the attempt to check will contain a reference to the existence of the new document and its CSV.
- The CSV may only be used to authenticate automated actions that have been published in the electronic office of the GCJ.
The authenticity of any document sent to the CGPJ via the electronic registry can be verified using the CSV on the receipt issued automatically upon submission.
It is also possible to verify the authenticity of documents submitted in person, as long as a receipt with a CSV was provided, which is generally the case, unless any of the exceptions under section 15 and 17 of the Decision of the Standing Committee of 25 September 2019 on the creation of the electronic registry apply.
It is an electronic signature system based on electronic certification that meets the requirements demanded by the legislation on electronic signatures and can be used by the GCJ in any automated administrative action that is published in the office and, in particular, to sign electronic documents in order to improve electronic interoperability and make it possible to verify it without the need to check it in the electronic office.
It is a space available on the website of the GCJ which contains the information and documents relating to the contractual activity of the GCJ, as a contracting body, for the purpose of ensuring transparency and public access to those documents and information.
For this purpose, the electronic office of the GCJ contains a link to access the Contractor Profile.
