Third chamber, Contentious-administrative law

The Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court shall hear (Art. 58 of the LOPJ):

First. In a single proceeding, of the Contentious-Administrative proceedings brought against acts and regulations by the Council of Ministers, by Government Commissions and the General Council of Judicial Power and against acts and provisions by the competent organs of the Congress of Deputies and the Senate, the Constitutional Court, the Court of Auditors and the Public Defender's Office in the terms and issues established by Law and such other resources that are exceptionally attributed by to them by the Law.

Second. The appeals and reviews in the terms established by the Law.
