This Compendium of Judicial Law includes the Organic Law on the Judiciary, the Law of Demarcation and Judicial Structure  with their corresponding appendices, as well as the various Regulations approved by virtue of the authorisation contained in Article 110 of the Organic Law of the Judiciary and Instructions and Further Complementary Rules laid down by the Governing Body of the Judiciary.

 In order to incorporate the regulatory texts, the current wording of each provision has been set out in the text and, in a footnote, the legal standard to which it corresponds, as well as its previous wording.

Repealed regulations do not appear in this Compendium.
