The Governing Chamber is the governing body of the courts of the Autonomous Region. It performs organisational and administrative tasks.

Elle est constituée du Président du Tribunal, des présidents des autres Salles de Justice de ce même Tribunal, du Président de l'Audience Provinciale (Cour d'Appel) de Palma, du Juge Doyen de Palma et de quatre juges ou magistrats élus par tous les membres de la carrière judiciaire en poste dans la Communauté Autonome. L'un d'eux a le statut de juge.

Boards of Governance will meet at least twice a month unless there are pending matters and as may times as may be necessary in order to discuss urgent issues for the administration of justice, when deemed necessary by the Chief Justice of the High Court of Justice, when requested by a third part of its members submitting a proposal stating the grounds for their request indicating the matters to be transacted thereat or when requested by the Secretary of Governance in order to discuss issues which refer to judicial officers or to Court Registrars who report to him. Notice of the meeting will be made by the Chief Justice indicating the matters to be discussed.
