- This form shall be used to make a suggestion or complaint for the functioning of the courts.
- It will be received at the Unity of Citizen Attention of the General Board of the Judiciary.
- You will receive a response as soon as possible.
- We remind you that we do not deal with complaints about the content of a ruling or a court order.
- In accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we will handle your data based on the Organic Law on the Judiciary to manage and process the request for the purposes of the procedure in question. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, cancellation and limitation of the processing of your data via a request addressed to the General Council of the Judiciary (C/Marqués de la Ensenada 8, 28004 Madrid) or using the form to exercise rights related to data protection.
- The use of this online form is understood, for the effects of Article 27.3 of Law 11/2007, of 22 June, on the electronic access of citizens to public services, as express consent for the reply or communication to be sent via the same electronic means to the designated email address.
- You are reminded that if it is your intention to lodge a complaint, you may do so before the duty court, prosecutor’s office or nearest police station. The communication of allegedly criminal acts that turn out to be false and pose a threat to others will give rise to the exercise of applicable legal action.
