The Technical Office of the Supreme Court is responsible for assisting the President via its different chambers in procedures to do with admitting cases being heard, and drawing up studies and reports requested of it. They also provide support to the special Chambers to deal with those cases assigned to them.

The Governing Chamber, at the proposal of the President of the Supreme Court, will approve the operational regulations of the Technical Office.
