Court of Jurisdiction Disputes

The Court of Jurisdiction Disputes shall hear (Art. 38 LOPJ):

1. Of Conflicts of jurisdiction between Courts or Tribunals and the Government shall be resolved by a bench comprised of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, who shall preside, and five members, of which two shall be Judges of the Chamber of Contentious-Administrative Litigation of the Supreme Court, appointed by the Assembly of the General Council of Judicial Power, and the other three shall be Permanent Councillors of State, with the Senior Court Clerk of the Supreme Court acting as the Clerk.

2. The Chairman shall always have the casting vote in the event of a tie.
