Ordinary Chambers - Third Chamber - Composition

In accordance with the Law on Judicial Bodies and Boundaries, the Third Chamber (for Contentious Administrative Proceedings) of the Supreme Court is composed of a President and thirty-two Magistrate-Judges.

The current members are as follows:

The Honourable President:

Section One (Admissions Sectio):

Chaired by the President of the Chamber and also formed by the Magistrate-Judges nominated periodically by the Governing Chamber. They are not allocated any cases corresponding to their section of origin, unless the President of the Chamber decrees otherwise by reasoned decision to meet the needs of the service.

When Section Four hears cases referring to acts or provisions from Parliament, the Senate, the Constitutional Court, the National Audit Office, the Ombudsman or the Council of State, or affecting the State Prosecutor's Office, the section will be chaired by the President of the Chamber.
