The General Council of the Judiciary provides members of the legal profession, lawyers, labour relations specialists, court representatives, trade unions, workers, companies, clerks of the Public Administrations and citizens in general with an ICT tool to help calculate how much severance pay is due upon termination of a contract. This in turn helps ensure legal certainty.

 

You only need to enter three items of data: the start date of the contract, the end date and the salary (daily, monthly or annual). You must enter the gross salary, and, if you are entering monthly pay, you must prorate salary bonuses. On the screen will appear the compensation for unfair dismissal and for withdrawal of the employer.

 

The results are not binding.
