The agreements adopted by the Plenary Session of the General Council of the Judiciary, when their purpose is the appointment of Presidents of Chambers and Magistrates of the Supreme Court, President of the High Court and Presidents of the High Courts of Justice, shall require a majority of three fifths of the members present, with the presiding member having a deciding vote in the event of a tie.

The curriculum vitae and videos of the interviews given by the candidates that have not been selected will be removed from this section 9 months after their publication, while those corresponding to the selected candidate will be maintained.

Notwithstanding this, the aforementioned information may be removed at the request of the interested party, once the deadline indicated for the lodging of the corresponding contentious administrative appeal has expired.
