Personal data will be processed by the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ) and incorporated into the "Complaints and Suggestions" processing activity, the purpose of which is to process complaints, claims, and suggestions from citizens on matters related to the Administration of Justice. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing the suggestion made and may be communicated to another Administration, body, or Professional Association if it is related to them. The legitimacy for processing your data is based on compliance with legal obligations described in the Organic Law of the Judiciary and in the Regulations for the processing of complaints and claims related to the functioning of the courts and tribunals.

They will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine any potential liabilities that may arise from said purpose and the processing of your data. The provisions of the archives and documentation regulations will apply.
