What is the HCJ Aragon?

The High Court of Justice of Aragon (TSJ) has its seat in Saragossa and constitutes a judicial instance which forms part of the general structure of the unique Judiciary of the State, adapted to its territorial competence.

It is the highest judicial organ in the territorial scope of the autonomous community, without affecting the jurisdiction that corresponds to the Supreme Court (article 152 of the Constitution) or those matters that require constitutional guarantees -- competence that corresponds to the Constitutional Court.

The chairman of the TSJ of Aragon is the highest representative of the Judiciary in the Autonomous.
