The Committee will be comprised of seven members, to whom, for the carrying out of their function, complete independence will be guaranteed.

Six of the members will be integrated from the Legal Profession in a situation of active service. There will be one Judge, three Magistrate Judges and two Supreme Court Judges.

The final member will be a person of recognised prestige and accredited trajectory in the academic world of Ethics, Philosophy of Law or Moral Philosophy.
