Formulario para cálculo de la cuantía de las indemnizaciones laborales por extinciones de contrato de trabajo para personal fijo-discontinuo

The General Council of the Judiciary provides members of the legal profession, lawyers, labour relations specialists, court representatives, trade unions, workers, companies, clerks of the Public Administrations and citizens in general with an ICT tool to help calculate how much severance pay is due upon termination of a contract. This in turn helps ensure legal certainty.

You only need to enter the start and end dates of each period of provision of labor services, as well as the salary (daily, monthly or annual). You must enter the gross salary, and, if you are entering monthly pay, you must prorate salary bonuses. The severance pay due will then appear on the screen. It will be based on reasons for termination and legal category, each stipulated by law and the jurisprudential doctrine in force that interprets such law.

The results are not binding.

Fields marked with * are compulsory. If you are entering daily or monthly pay, please note that the gross salary will include the proration of salary bonuses.

You must review the boxes in red on the form
