Application form for admission to selective tests for access to judicial and prosecutorial careers

From the form in the lower section you can generate the application form for registration in entrance exams for judicial and prosecutorial careers. Fill out the form and click on "Send”; this will create a pdf document which you can print out and use to make the payment at any bank, savings bank or credit union institution that is registered as a collaborator in processing tax returns. For the payment to be accepted it is essential that it is accompanied by the official application form. Printing can be done in black and white or colour.

DO NOT FORGET TO SIGN THIS DOCUMENT, OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT BE VALID.

Once payment is made, the resulting form can be submitted at:

  • The General Registry of the General Council of the Judiciary (c/ Marqués de la Ensenada no. 8, 28004 Madrid).
  • The General Registry of the Ministry of Justice, Secretariat of State for Justice (c/ de la Bolsa nº 8, 28012 Madrid).
  • The General Registry of the Public Prosecution Service (C/ Fortuny no. 4, 28071 Madrid), directly or through any of the procedures provided for under Article 38.4 of Law 30/1992 of 26 November, within twenty calendar days following the publication of the notice in the Official State Gazette.
